Adam has lived and worked in the Muncie area for 35 years.  He has retained his real estate license since 2002 and been with the F.C. Tucker/Five-Star Muncie office since 2002 as well.

Aside from working the sales and marketing aspect of residential real estate for F.C. Tucker/Five-Star, Adam was in charge of Parker Property Management, a separate residential real estate rental management company located in Muncie until 2008.

In addition, Adam holds his Level III State Assessor/Appraiser designation and is a certified tax representative.  Since 2008 he has worked with local government and third party contractors in the valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate in Delaware County and surrounding Counties.
